Budgeting early provides clear direction through the design phase. As details are refined, we continually improve the accuracy of the overall cost forecast.

Design and Planning
The design and planning phase is where the real fun begins.
If you already have a designer in mind, we are happy to come alongside and support the process. If not, we can connect you with a range of trusted architects and designers until you find the right fit for your project’s style, needs, and budget.
Once your designer is selected, we work together as one team with a common goal—designing and building your project without breaking your budget.
Construction and budget tracking
We strongly believe that experienced boots on the ground make all the difference. Our in-house team of finish carpenters, framers, site supervisors, and labourers is essential for maintaining quality, efficiency, and budget control.
Construction can be stressful, and costs can escalate quickly. Our weekly budget tracking ensures we stay ahead of changes and never surprise our clients with last-minute costs.
The Hand-Off
The hand-off is one of the most important—and most exciting—moments in the process. There is nothing like walking through your brand-new, finished home for the first time. Especially when it’s truly finished. We never leave a site until the job is 100% complete—“We’ll come back for that” is not in our vocabulary.
And when we hand you the keys, you have us for life. If even the slightest issue arises, we’re there—always ready to help maintain the quality of the home we built.
